how am i not removing this right ?

what am i doing wrong ? its telling me to remove the third item deploy app

arrays.swift 
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo += ["Debug App","Fix Bugs"]
let item = todo.removeAtindex(3)

hey.. remember your removing your third one, but basically thats "2".... counting starts from 0
