How can I add a static existing HTML page to my ASP.NET MVC project?

I have built a MVC project and I have an existing HTML pages form another project, I want to add these pages to my MVC project, when I added them I got URL routing problems

Likely you need to create a controller action for each of the pages. Remember the url is of the form: ...com/{Controller}/{Action}

Thanks Allan I have solved it, instead of using ~/example/page, I have used ../example/page the double dots solved the url navigation problem. Thank you
