How can I download videos using iTunes? When I click the button on the library, it just opens my iTunes.

I don't see any video files.

That happen with me too. I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome. Any solution?

Hi Eirin,

You won't actually see any files when iTunes launches except for the first video (which should download automatically once iTunes launches). iTunes will open into the Pod Cast screen. In there, you can click on "library" ("unviewed" should be selected by default). Once you do that, all the videos for that particular course should show up and you may download as you wish.

NOT opening in Podcast, downloading nothing at all. Just opens my iTunes. So confused.

If you haven't solved it yet, send an email to the Treehouse Support Team, and they will look into it for you. It seems your account/activity has been dormant for just over 3 months, so that may have something to do with it.
