how can i find a blank page to write in my html code when i decide to establish my new website ? there is a progr to use

there is a program to use or install on my pc when i need to start a new website to write the codes in ?

Yes, you need a code editor, there are many of them available, some are free whilst others are paying. As a free code editor, I really like brackets http://brackets.io/, otherwise you might use as well Sublime Text, but you need to pay to use this one... If you check by using google you'll find a lot of them.
