HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Include External CSS

How can I get "Normalize" from the css folder to download to my workspace? Won't download to workspace. (PC)

After opening the CSS file, I click and carry over the "normalize" file to the download area but nothing happens?

Once you open workspaces I would create a new folder to hold all your css files. Once you do that I would just hit file and then use the upload file option and then upload your normalize.css file. That should solve your problem.
