How can I have a career from starting with training with Treehouse? Career advice for those who have done it please.

Has anyone complete the front end development course and had gotten a job? May I know if how many months and average hours/weel were you training up to the point you got a job? I understand that it depends on a lot of stuff like, but I just would like to have an idea. I would really appreciate your response and some tips will help too but not necessary. I'm just really doing my best right now to turn my career around for my family.

Anyone with online Freelance jobs experiences?

i havent finished the front end developer track, but i can tell you that if u finish it and truly practice and understand what u were doing u will be half way there i usually try to do atlest 1 hour a day try to practice everyday because if u dont is easy to forget things since u dont have a web developer job. i would try to do my first website if i were u once u finish the html basic and css basic and split my time between my own project and tree house because if u go thru the track and only do this whithout doing ur own projects one tends to forget a lot of simple things so finish those and practice em them onece u leanr javascrip basics and jquery try adding those to ur website

Great stuff. I see how you do it and I believe I would be better off doing some side projects. Tell me if you get a job already and I wish I can get some tips from you,

sure also is nice if u pair treehouse with other resources like http://www.freecodecamp.com/ is free and it has like 800 hours of work to become a fullstacked developer i like doing like one unit in treehouse then do the same unit for codecamp like do the html basics and css then do it in freecamps they are different styles of learning also because is different u learn new thing that were not cover in here and viceversa

Cool site! I will definitely check this one out and I think I will build some webpages for my portfolio. I got some good stuff from you by just posting for the first time here. Good luck to us in our career plans.
