How can I make my Android Device into an emulator for running the activities?

My computer is not the quickest, so I was wondering if I could use my phone to do the work.

Yes you can! First, enable Developer Mode on your phone/tablet. To do this, go into your Settings Menu and click About Phone. Go into Software Information and click Build Number 7 times. This will enable developer mode on your android device.

From there, go into Developer Options and enable USB Debugging. You also want to make sure you have the Google USB drivers installed from your SDK manager. Here is a link for more information: https://developer.android.com/tools/device.html
