I have my own online retouching service website and i want a client dashboard that should be like this as sample: www.tucia.com you can register and check.

  1. Client can upload the images
  2. select the services whatever he wants
  3. add to cart
  4. and payment.

Something like this is likely not to be something found out of the box, and will probably require a deal of custom coding. Having said that, you may find something suitable as part of Wordpress' plugin "Woocommerce" and/or Woocommerce's add-ons.
