How can I run this project?

Hi!

I need to make a project similar to this one: https://github.com/adminfaces/admin-starter How can I run this specific project with my Intellij IDE?

"I speculate" that you can download the project files via the green download button at the top right corner and then from your Intellij IDE project opening dialog, find that project that you downloaded(after extracting it) and choose it. This will open the downloaded project with the intellij IDE. :D
