How can I use the JavaScript Basics in the Launch Workspace?

When I open the Launch Workspace I'm not able to open the Java Script tab in the same Workspace. How can I use more efficient my Workspace?

Are you talking about the file or the folder? If your talking about the file you just to file and select "new file" from the drop down. If you are trying to create a JS folder you do the same thing except click "new folder." I am not sure if this is helpful or not as I have had no issues opening or creating JS files in the WorkSpace. Let me know if this is helpful or perhaps I have misunderstood your question.
