Often the teachers have a twitter profile available, your best bet would be to try there. I don't think they offer much peer-to-peer support because it'd be extremely time consuming given the amount of people who likely would make use of it. The Techdegree allows users to have actual feedback from their teachers.

The Treehouse teachers is the most responsive people I've ever known. Send out any email to them, chances are, they could answer within an hour. You can always ask for general or personal help at help@teamtreehouse.com.
