If you are curious about the support of various properties and if they are unprefixed check out Can I Use.

If you want to take a hundred lines of CSS and add the relevant prefixes that's what prefix free is for.

Can I Use.. can help with that.

The example above for transform has hovers for certain browsers which also defines the prefix required.
