How did he get the 78% width???

Im just wondering how he came to get the 78%?

Hi Obe,

When using the width property in CSS, you can use a percentage that is relative to the block it is contained in. So, with a width of 78%, itll always take up 78% of the browser (or whatever section of the page you are working on)
