Ruby Build a Simple Ruby on Rails Application Getting Started with Rails Generate a Rails Application

How do create a directory, I'm currently using ruby 2.1.5 ....I keep getting an error message when I enter rvm... Thanks

Ignore the rvm thing. If you have Ruby and Rails installed, just move to "rails new" command.

it tells me to use fiddle? and to try bundle install and gem install rake but those dont work
