how do i add a title element to a project?

i put <title>My Name | Designer</title> in the <head> section and it keeps telling me, "don't forget a title for your page."

Make sure that you put the title inside the head tags

  <!doctype html>
  <html>
    <head>
      <meta charset="utf-8">
      <title>My Name | Designer</title>
    </head>
    <body></body>
  </html>

title should be in between opening and closing head tag. <title>html sample</title>
