Here is an example of a dictionary from the python docs that is close to what you are being asked to do.

tel = {'jack': 4098, 'sape': 4139}

The dictionary has been assigned to variable tel

The dictionary has two key: value pairs

The first key is 'jack' with a value of 4098

The second key is 'sape' with a value of 4139
