let height = 120.0 // in inches

let width = 144.0 // in inches

let areaInFeet = (height/12)*(width/12)

//gues these simple lines must do it.

First you change the height and width constants to " let height = 120.0 / 12 let width = 144.0 /12 Then You do height * width.
