I am currently learning how to build a basic website. Watching this video (https://teamtreehouse.com/library/how-to-make-a-website/styling-web-pages-and-navigation/build-navigation-with-unordered-lists) I had to stop and ask. How does he know what values to put for margin and padding below header? Is there a logical, quick way to calculating this? Many thanks!
