How do I convert removeAtIndex result in String using Swift?

I remove an element from array using "removeAtIndex" , but the result is not String

arrays.swift
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo.append("Debug App")
todo.append("Fix Bugs")
let item2 = todo.removeAtIndex(3)

You remove object at the wrong index

arrays.swift
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo += ["Debug App", "Fix Bugs"]
let item = todo.removeAtIndex(2)
todo.insert("Learn iOS", atIndex: 1)
