iOS Object-Oriented Swift Complex Data Structures Custom Initializers

How do I display "red: 86.0, green: 191.0, blue: 131.0, alpha: 1.0" if i can't seem to interpolate in or out of struct?

I get an error when i interpolate inside the struct and outside the struct

i'm lost and can't seem to find out how else i'm suppose to have it display "red: 86.0, green: 191.0, blue: 131.0, alpha: 1.0"
