Hi,

Your trying to install Unity (32 bit). Do you know if your computer's cpu is 32 bit or 64 bit? On Windows 10, you can find the os processor info in the following directory: Control Panel\System and Security\System If your cpu is 64 bit, try the 64 bit install. If this does not work, you might have to talk with Unity's support person about that install problem.
