How do I get my movement speed back to normal?

I turned it up without realizing it.

If you mean to the video, there is a speed bar in the controls of your video player. From left to right after the time remaining bar, there is:

  • Rewind 10 Seconds
  • The Movement Bar which can increase or decrease at intervals of .25. You can just click on different parts of the bar to increase and decrease.
  • Closed Captioning
