You need to surround the word Portfolio with anchor tag, like this:

<li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>

thanks Kelly

Your navigation should look like this:

      <nav>
        <ul>
         <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
         <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li>
         <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li>
        </ul>
      </nav>

thank you Georgi
