How do I make the foreach go through the list of names?

foreach ($names as $someArbitraryVariable) {
    $someArbitraryVariable = "Hello ".$someArbitraryVariable;
}

its takes each item in the array names and forEach of then, gives it a temporary variable which you can then reference and play with inside
