A different layout strategy might be the best approach, tables are not generally used for this kind of application. But for a quickie, this will get you very close:

main.css
nav td { width: 25%; }

The one small drawback is that it does not account for the borders, but you'd probably not have noticed if I didn't mention it (and maybe still won't).
