how do I regain access to my slack account after pausing?

I paused my account for a but after my last charge, i resumed the subscription but my slack account is still disabled. I tried messaging support but i never get a response, can someone tell me who i can go to to resolve this issue?

I think only the support folks can fix that, try them again.
