How do I select all the links in the navigation bar?

In a challenge, I have been asked to select all the links in the navbar. If I querySelectorAll the <li>, then I return too many links. If I add a class name to <li> in the challenge, the challenge doesn't properly read the class name. So, that means there must be a way, without using id's and class names to select only the <li> in the navbar. I've been searching online how to select links nested in the navigation bar, but I cannot find anything. Does anyone know how this challenge is supposed to be passed?

I had tried to insert an id "elem," but the challenge couldn't read the code, so I deleted it from the html, but it's still in the JS code above. The JS code should be:

let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('');

What goes in the quote marks to get only the links in the navigation bar?
