I'm not sure what your question is actually asking, but I think your question is: How do I make a blog on my website with the domain: blog.website.com?

If so, what you want to do is create what is called a sub-domain for the website.com website and call it blog. The link would automatically become blog.website.com. I guess you have your website hosted somewhere. Generally, the service that hosts your website offers you some kind of portal to change the (server) settings of the website. You should be able to do it in that portal.

Unfortunately, as this differs for most website hosting services, I am unable to give you an actual in-depth guide for yours.

Worst case scenario, if you can't find it: Search on Google "How to make a subdomain with "your website host"? Or I would send an email or call the website hosting service to ask how to make a subdomain on their service.

I hope this helped in some way.
