Hello Dennis have you tried to pip install?
pip install flask in the terminal area.

in preferences there is project: "project name" where Project interpreter is contained. At the bottom of the list is a plus to search more packages to install.

Flask has now been updated and changed a bit, you now need to do pip install flask-login and when using it use
