When enclosing anything in element tags, you put a starting tag at the beginning and the ending tag at the end. Since the tag name for paragraph is just the letter "p", the starting tag is <p> and the ending tag is </p>. The text will be between them.

You should put an opening paragraph tag <p> inside the body tags and then write the text you like and then close the paragraph tag with </p>. You are all done.
