How do you add the numbers in an array?

What is the syntax for adding numbers in an array

while.swift
let numbers = [2,8,1,16,4,3,9]
var sum = 0
var counter = 0

// Enter your code below
while counter < numbers.count { numbers[] 
}

Hi Alex,

first of all you need to increment the counter variable with counter++ then you add the indexvalue from the numbers array like in the example below. Any questions let me know
