How do you change Treehouse's video settings using only a keyboard?

In particular, how do you change the video speed, turn captioning on and off, and change the position of the captioning on the screen? I can use the tab key to get focus on the video speed element and the captioning on/off element, but I don't know how to get their panels to show up or to adjust their values using just the keyboard. I can drag captions around the screen using my mouse, but what is the keyboard equivalent?

Hey jb30 , really appreciate you bringing this to our attention! It is unclear why this functionality no longer works, but we are having the engineering team look into it!
