How do you correctly identify list item children of an unordered list?

I have an unordered list for a navigation. I need to select all list items from the navigation. they have given me this set up var listItems = navigation

I'm not sure about the use of .children[] for this problem

You can use children to get a collection of an element's (ul's) child elements (li's).

var listItems = navigation.children;

I think that's what the first part of the challenge is asking for.
