How does the B value become 21 even if we decrement the value of B by writting b-- in the scope

Hello,

The value of b does not become 21. The compiler shows that the code has been run 21 times , not that the number is literally 21.

b starts decrementing at 20 and is going till is greater than or equal to zero ( b >=0 ) which is 21 times.
