How does the solution that we are provided know what to print?

This is how it made sense to me...

func divisable(#valueA:Int, #valueB:Int) ->Bool? {

if (valueA % valueB) == 0 {
    return true
} else {
    return nil
}

}

let result = divisable(valueA: 10,valueB: 10 )

if result == true { println("Is Divisable") }else if result == nil { println("Not divisable") }
