How to build a website. Files not uploading when I drag files to Workspace dropbox

When I drag the 12 files over to the Dropbox it doesn't upload.

Well let's check some things first. Have you extracted the files from the zip folder? They won't upload if they are currently residing in the zip file. If you have extracted them, what happens when you choose File -> Upload?

I was stumped on this (I have Windows 10). I had to click on the downloaded folder, then go up and click on Extract Compressed Folder and Extract all. I somehow thought the files had extracted already. That fixed the problem.
