I am having trouble doing the attr_attribute because it is removed in rails 4. How do I change the version to the one in the video??

You first have to install the specific version of rails by doing '''gem install rails -v 3.2.6''' and then generating a new app by entering '''rails 3.2.6 new treebook''' (including the underscores). 3.2.6 is the exact version used in the videos. You will also notice that they use older Bootstrap (v 2-something). You may want to find it - lots of stuff they do in the UI (css selectors) don't work in the newest Bootstrap.
