How to correct format and create a link inside an unordered list???

Gabriel Pierce-Lackey shouldn't the closing </a> tag come before the closing </li> tag

The correct syntax in an anchor tag for the link is href. Missing that h is causing the link to not work. You are also missing the other items in the list.
