how to create a space between the string " You Are Great" and the exclamation mark?

result = praise + " " "!" * number_of_characters or result = praise + " !" * number_of_characters

does not create the space between the string and the exclamation mark.

Please help!

Your second example should fill "result" with the contents of "praise" followed by the number of exclamation points asked for, all separated by spaces.

praise = "You are Great"
number_of_characters = 5
result = praise + " !" * number_of_characters
print(result)    # output:   You are Great ! ! ! ! !
