How to create an application on imgur ?

I created an account on imgur. Problem is when i go to settings I can't create an app. Instead when I click "create your own" I get signed out.

Scroll down the docs page to "Register an Application (IMPORTANT)" and click the link in the first paragraph. It will take you to the page to create your app.

Ok so I went to the footer > apis > Register an Application (IMPORTANT).
