The challenge is a little confusing because it does not state that you can use any values you want for the named instance. You want to just insert your own values, to complete the challenge. Like this:

class Button {
  var width: Double
  var height: Double

  init(width:Double, height:Double){
    self.width = width
    self.height = height
  }
}

class RoundButton: Button{
  var cornerRadius: Double = 5.0
}

var rounded = RoundButton(width: 4.5, height: 5.5)

Thanks. Very appreciated:)
