How to do this in excel?

When making the chart in excel it looks completely different and has different axis. Could someone walk me through the steps in excel? I have times one my Y axis and then each individual runner in the X axis. It also does not let me flip the axis.

My best advise is to google how to do this in excel. Or you could watch videos on youtube.
