How to explain to a photographer what pictures you want for a website?

What are some resources to help explain to a photographer what you want out of a photoshoot?

I'm not a photographer and this is going on the assumption of the photographer doesn't really know a lot about web design.

Tell them you want .jpg files in high res 4500 Long.

Ask them for the final edit project with color grading and photoshop already edited.

Great, thank you.
