How to go search my php?

I used the 1-click wordpress installation which means I can't access to my wp-content folder through my finder. I have access to it through FileZilla but I can't copy the file either in another folder in FileZilla, I can only move it to a different folder, or in a folder in my finder. Any solutions?

Drag the wp-content folder from Filezilla to a finder window on your machine (such as the desktop folder) to download it. Then you'll be able to search the code locally.

I tried but I got an error message saying " it can't be done since the shell extension is not properly installed" (I'm not sure about the translation since I'm a native french canadian) and the only thing that this seems to do is create an empty folder named "fz3-13932929621700". I'm not sure wether it's a WordPress problem or a FileZilla one.

P.s: Edit on my first comment, I can only drag it inside FileZilla not outside, sorry for the misunderstanging there.
