As far as I know, that limit cannot be changed. But it should be plenty generous enough as long as you occasionally delete workspaces you aren't using anymore.

how to delete work spaces? i went on learning progress and chose delete workspaces then i pressed reset progress , it shows me an alert "You must select at least one item to reset."

"Reset progress" is something else. To delete workspaces, go directly to the Workspaces page where you will see a list of stored workspaces. At the right side of each line are some icons, and the last one is a trash can.

Click on the trash can icon, and then confirm the delete to remove that workspace.
