How to I access my file structure for my wordpress site?

The video didn't mention where to access the file structures. Is it something downloadable?

this is going to depend on where you are working on your wordpress site. its going to be different if you are working locally using an ftp client like filezilla, this course should get you up and running with local wordpress development http://teamtreehouse.com/library/local-wordpress-development

this course will should you how to install wordpress on your computer and while doing that you will put your wordpress site in the folder of your choosing.
