how to include pop and insert in the same line

I don't know how to accomplish this challenge, let alone do it in one line

lists.py 
messy_list = ["a", 2, 3, 1, False, [1, 2, 3]]
messy_list.pop(3) = one
messy_list.insert(one, 0)

Something like this would do the trick:

messy_list.insert(0, messy_list.pop(3));

Pretty much takes what is at position 3, pops it out of the array, and inserts it into position 0.
