How to instal a theme that isn't a ZIP file

hello! I recently bought a theme off of MOJO marketplace and am having a hard time adding it to my wordpress dashboard. IS there a way to find the zip file to activate here??

Check the theme that you have bought is in a zip file If yes Go to WordPress Dashboard and select Appearance -> Themes -> Add new -> Upload Theme And then select the Zip.

The road from Dashboard and to Upload Theme can be named wrong, I'm Danish and is on and Danish translation. Hopes it helps.
