How to make the img files appear on Workspace?

I'm trying to drag the img files from my computer and into the "Drop Files to Upload" box and nothing is showing up. What can I do to make sure it appears on the Workspace?

same thing happened to me so I tried the different way... click on FILE(in workshop) > UPLOAD FILE > select the IMAGES you want to upload.
