How to make while loops?

I don't understand how to make while loops. I've watched the video twice and still don't get it.

Example.java
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
  String response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
  boolean isInvalid;
do {
  isInvalid = (response.equals("No");
} while (isInvalid);

Forexample if you don't know thah condition is true but you need run block of code least onece then you use do while loop. Let's see: in code above you can see variable isInvalid. You need find out if its value is true or false. You let run block of code least once. if response is equals to "No" then var isInvalid is set to true and your while loop will be continued.
